Testosterone + Creatine Questions
-

Hey guys. just curious.....I have been working out for about a year now, taking only creatine and L-glutamine. I am 21 years old, and discovered a testosterone booster... now for my questions... would it be too much/harmful to take the test-boost + creatine + L-glutamine? will the test-booster do much, if at all anything? should I stick to just one of them? (either the testosterone booster or creatine) I also plan on taking whey protein and multivitamins..... thanks! :)

no test booster. u may not actually need it unless u are stuck in mozambique with a 300 calorie diet intake for survival. even then im nt sure u would need the booster since ur body is quite young. stick with creatine and vits. they are proven to be good.

test booser is a waste of money and your hard work in the gym. i seen in mess one of my friends up pretty good, your body will start to depend on that suplimented testosterone and shut your natural output off, you stop taking the sup and your body freaks.. not a good idea, just eat and drink lots of water. get some animal packs, good vits
You eat, you lift, you heal, YOU GAIN!!

At your age squats and deadlifts are the best Test Boosters for you. Stay off the stuff until your older.

similiar question, first off im 16 years old 6 "5" 225 lbs ive been taking whey protein powder for a year now i want to jump up now, start getting really serious, ive kinda hit a wall with gaining muscle mass. I got my meals and all that stuff down. im going to take purple k, allmax whey protein and allmax L glutamine should this along with good diet and more intense workouts give me some solid results?? I'm keen on taking the purple k, but open to discussion about maybe changing to a different kind of whey isolate or glutamie?? your replys are appreciated
