I was really intrigued by Gary's jounal/log with this product so i figured what the hell I will give it a shot. 
Here is some background info.  I am 35 and a Physical Education Teacher.  I weigh 215 lbs and am 6ft 2 in.
Not one hundred percent sure what my bf is but it is pretty low.  I have gotten some info from ironmag reps on other sites and I got some good info on it and how to take it.  I am doing a 30 cycle with no tapering.  6 pills a day for 30 days and then a month of anabolic matrix as pct.  I have been logging and keeping track of things at home and I will be finishing my second week on Saturday.  I have cleaned up my diet some but I am the first to admit I will never be perfect.
I do full body upper body workouts MWF and do Legs T TH Sat.  For Cardio I sprint jog 12 minutes 5 times a week.
Post workout supp are protien and glutamine.  Pre workout NO shotgun

Squats  350 (3 months recovered from a knee scope so I am a little soft here)
 
 
Week 1
Not much of a notice but at the end of seven days I have notice some tightening up.  I am noticing some body composition changes.  Not any real change in strength which is to be expected.  I have noticed that I sleep like a rock straight through the night.  Super well rested and my appetite is stronger so time to take in more calories.
I will clump my leg workouts in with mon wed fri info just so i don't have to log mon tue wed thur fri sat

Wed another crazy work out for me atleast!!!  I feel more focused and strong at the gym.  I am able to get atleast 2 reps more than i have in the past.  I broke some Platues that I haven't been able to get through in quite a while.  Sleep like a rock wieght is actually down to 212 (down 3 lbs) but strength is goin up.  Noticable difference in body comp.  I cannot wait til Friday (today) to go and kill it again.
 
If you guys have any suggestions or comments feel free.  This is my first time logging on a forum so please be kind.  i will do my very best to be consistent  and keep you updated!!!

monday may 19th
School year is almost over and on cruise control.  Felt a little sluggish even when it was getting close to time to go to the gym.  This is the start of week 3 and when the proverbial switch is supposed to be turned on.
For chest I did decline
185  12      225 12   250  10  275  6
for my last set I put on 300 and grabbed a spotter.  Never tried 300 on decline before even for a set of 1.  I put it up 3 times!! 

Back
pull ups body wieght  10 8 8 7 6 5  Always been really tough for me but for 6 sets the most reps i have ever done.  I have my grip as wide as it can go.  I pull up and go all the way down arms fully extended wait for a count of 5 and pull up again.  They are killer when you wait for a five count before you pull up again.

incline wide grip t rows
90 lbs 10  95  8  97 1/2  8  100 6 and 105 6   wieght and reps a little lower but my back is shot after doin the pull ups.  Still as a second back exercise the most wieght and reps I have done after pull ups

shoulders  military press machine
200 lbs 10  200 lbs 8  200 8  210 6  220 pooped out at 4  But again the most wieght and reps at these wieghts I have ever done

triceps
wieghted dips  30 lbs set of 10  super set with v bar pulldowns  160 lbs for a set of ten.  Went through this twice

biceps
90 lb barbell set of 10  superset with isolated curls at 25 lbs for a set of ten.  Went through this twice

Those triceps and biceps were burning!!!!

Counting this week and next week I have 2 weeks left of this.  Depending on where I am at the end of this week I might go one more bottle and make it a 5 and a half week cycle just below the maximum amount of time recommended.

All I can say right now is that my muscles are full,  my recovery is unbelievable I sleep like a rock and seem to need less of it and have had no side effects.  On top of that my I am lifting heavier now than I ever have.   So far I recommend this product big time.

Only had about a half an hour to get legs in cause i had stuff at home to do.  Sometimes family first!!!

leg extensions 2 sets of 6   220  and 235
leg curls 2 sets of six  150 and 160

As I stated earlier I took quite a bit of time off of legs and I can notice my strength coming  back very quickly.  Also the confidence of no pain while doing the exercise helps alot.  Next legs day I hope to hop up to 275 on the squats.  My recovery while using this product has been phenominal.  I have been able to go heavy everytime I lift (if i wish to do so)  Half way through week three and numbers and muscularity keep increasing.  So far no negative side effects either.  Very nice product up to this point.

Are you running any cycle assist: Milk Thistle, red rice yeast, and such? Is this a Methylated supplement? Being 35 years old have you been watching your Blood pressure through the cycle?

nope no cycle assist during cycle
and i actually did take my bp yesterday  it was 120 over 70  so i am good    i take my bp 3 to 4 times a week.

Have to admit I felt like dog crap goin in.  I was out on our turf all day teaching and it was 82 out which makes it about 92 on the turf.  But once things got moving i felt pretty damn good.  Due to the nice weather I put my time between sets at a minute to a minute and 15 secs. max

This type of work out to me is killer with only a minute in between sets.  Also the fact I went mad heavy on monday only made today tougher but I feel like i got through it strong.  This is the heaviest wieght and amount of reps I have been able to do with short rest in between sets.  So far still so good.  We will see what come of it on Friday. 

My right hamstring is cranky right now.  Between legs and softball so I am going to hit legs again on Saturday.

Might go real heavy again or might super set everything.
If I super set I will super set between incline and flat
super set between lat pulldowns and wide grip rows
super set between military press and shrugs

If you have any suggestions give me shout.  I like to try new lifting routines.

Saturday   5/23   hammy still barking so I am gonna go til monday then hit legs again.  Hate missing time  but this seems to happen quite often.  My left hamstring always ends up getting banged up.  Any suggestions to help this problem would be greatly appreciated.  So today I swam for 15 minutes     Tomorrow sunday off day completely   except chasing our daughter and prolly goin on a nice walk!!!!

20 minutes cardio

The whole workout including cardio took 1 hour which was good cause I had to meet the wife and kids at a cookout.  I thought I would be sore today with the 30 seconds of rest and going up in wieght each time.  But I feel that the andro has helped my recovery sooo much that I am not even sore today.  Again suprising because this is a totally different workout.  One thing I do have to caution is I have been experiencing lower back pumps the last few days.  It's like a stiff neck but in your lower back.  Kinda sucks but you can work through them.  This is my last week of this supplement and so far soooo good!!  I am gonna go heavy and low reps wed (again changing it up from monday)  See how I feel then.  Until then happy training!!!

Not sore at all today.  This product has really allowed me to push myself farther than I ever have!!!

Friday I think I am just gonna go straight heavy!!  Last day of working out with this product.  start pct with matrix on monday!!

Let you know how Friday goes  and will give you end of week updates to let you  know how everything goes numbers wise with the pct.  Whether my numbers drop stay the same or if i continue to increase

Yes; and frankly IMHO, it does not matter whether this topic is posted in online training journal or supps section. This is a part product review and a part journal with more emphasis on the product. So either ways, it doesn't matter.

I am running it post andro although I have seen guys who run it with it also.  I will give a week by week update while running it post.   Been a busy weekend so i have not had a chance to post fridays numbers and have to run now but hopefully i will have time tonight to post.  If not then def monday

Well Friday May 29th was my last day lifting on this supplement.  You ever have a workout where you just do odd reps for no good reason??  Well Friday was one of those days for me.
I maxed out on flat bench (and during this cycle I didn't really work on increasing my 1 rep max for bench) and I maxed out at 305 so that was up five pounds without working for that.  Also being my 3rd day of full body I think i might have been a little wore out.  I started incorporating some dc lifting concepts that mon and wed so I am not sure how fresh I was.  But never the less I was pleased. 

For back I did body wieght pull ups  as wide grip as I could get.
my sets were 10 9 8 8 6  so those numbers were up too.  I started out at 10 8 6 6 6

Then I did wide grip incline back rows
45 12  70 10  90 8  100 6  110  6  120 3
Now I have never been able to go past 2 plates and a 25 but I added an extra five and got 3 good ones out!!!!

Shoulders  dumbell press
60   10  65 8  70  6   and 75 I got 3 good ones on my own and the fourth with a little help.  So those numbers went up too.
then i drop set lateral raises  30 lbs  10  and 25 lbs 10  with no rest

triceps  wieghted dips
25 lbs 12   50 lbs  6  6  and 6 

biceps
preacher curl machine
110  12   120  10  130  6  140  5

So overall with this product my numbers improved quite a bit across the board.  Even with the barking hamstring I managed to still be able to leg press 700 lbs (If i could ever keep those legs healthy)!!!!

overall I found this product to be excellent.  I am pct now with matrix and will run another cycle probably some time during the winter and eat my face off and lift lift lift!!!!   Hands down the best results of any product I have taken and that includes the androstiendione back in the 90's
Best thing is I  had no adverse side effects except some tightness in the back (but I think if I took a potassium supp or ate more bannanas that would have been taken care of)
Over all a 10 out of 10
