I was really intrigued by Gary's jounal/log with this product so i figured what the hell I will give it a shot.
Here is some background info. I am 35 and a Physical Education Teacher. I weigh 215 lbs and am 6ft 2 in.
Not one hundred percent sure what my bf is but it is pretty low. I have gotten some info from ironmag reps on other sites and I got some good info on it and how to take it. I am doing a 30 cycle with no tapering. 6 pills a day for 30 days and then a month of anabolic matrix as pct. I have been logging and keeping track of things at home and I will be finishing my second week on Saturday. I have cleaned up my diet some but I am the first to admit I will never be perfect.
I do full body upper body workouts MWF and do Legs T TH Sat. For Cardio I sprint jog 12 minutes 5 times a week.
Post workout supp are protien and glutamine. Pre workout NO shotgun

Week 1
Not much of a notice but at the end of seven days I have notice some tightening up. I am noticing some body composition changes. Not any real change in strength which is to be expected. I have noticed that I sleep like a rock straight through the night. Super well rested and my appetite is stronger so time to take in more calories.

Wed another crazy work out for me atleast!!! I feel more focused and strong at the gym. I am able to get atleast 2 reps more than i have in the past. I broke some Platues that I haven't been able to get through in quite a while. Sleep like a rock wieght is actually down to 212 (down 3 lbs) but strength is goin up. Noticable difference in body comp. I cannot wait til Friday (today) to go and kill it again.
