my history has been up and down with bodybuilding starting in iraq when i was 135lbs..

i could only dumbell press 25 lbs! i worked out like it was a second religion to me and worked my way up to 70lb. dumbells! due to a huge increase in mission loads, lack of proper diet and a combonation of other things i had to stop lifting.
in sept. i weighed 175 and had a 36" waist (fatty).. started lifting again and im down to 155 31" waist.
motivation- i have a lot of motivating factors forcing me to the gym..(im not trying to give you a sob story..) my g/f and i broke up and i dont know anyone in the town that i live in and decided to hit the gym after setting into deep depression. currently the gym is "keeping me alive" (im not going to kill myself) also i started a bulking comp. in the db contest and competition forum to help motivate myself and others.
goals- i go in the morning and do 20-30 min. cardio, go to work and then go back to the gym after to lift weights. im trying to put on mass but stay lean at the same time..it can be done, i just have to make sure i watch what i eat and that what i eat counts.
i should be chosen because i currently keep a very accurate detailed log of my workouts on the internet. here are my stats and a pic.
