This 'amplified' nonsense is nothing but marketing for you to spend more. First off, you should post your diet and we can help critique it. Second, you want 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight EVERY SINGLE DAY. Protein shakes can help with that. Third, standard creatine monohydrate powder works and is much cheaper than the stuff you're looking at. Start with the basics - big clean diet, protein, creatine, workout hard, and you'll do fine without the 'amplified' ridiculousness.

It all came in a box it was like 100 bucks and for my diet I have been eating of alot of meet. I have cut out pop and fast food

Not bad. Hopefully you're getting a fair amount of fruits and veggies too. If you're really not sure of what you're eating, open an account at www.fitday.com and start logging your nutrition. It's often surprising what you end up seeing when you enter in exactly every single thing you eat.
