Teenager - Monday, May 01, 2006 2:29 PM
heya guys! So im trying to get some decent pecks and abs in little under 4weeks, My arms, shoulders and lats look fine. Im doing cruchs, I started at 100 a day last week and over the week I've worked up to 415(just finished) Now I know its a short amount of time but if I keep increasing my crunchs by 20-30 some a day will I have some form for the beach? If not, im fully prepaired to cut all proccessed goods and sugars out of my diet id rather not due it cause it would hurt my bench max(205). Some useful info im 16 about 4months off from 17 and 165lbs. Tks for the help!

Abs come from losing the fat....which means tighten up the diet and round out the routine with full body resistance training and some cardio!!

For Losing Fat

4 weeks...do cardio on waking up and right after lifting.
Keep total lifting under 45 minutes and total cardio + lifting time under 75 minutes when done together.

Change your routine EVERY 3 days!
