Techniques??? - Monday, February 09, 2009 11:06 AM ( #1 )
Can someone give me a site address for proper lifting techniques?  I want to make sure that what I am doing will be done the proper way to avoid injuries and benefit to the maximum with all my workouts.
Much appreciated

you can find most exercises here, with good video illustration.

just click around, you'll find them.

But for the basics compound exercises, you should invest in "starting strength" by Mark Rippetoe

Also, watch many of these videos.  The are videos of Coach Mark Rippetoe, of the Starting Strength book hardway mentioned.
