Tech School only got a microwave wat to do

i am at tech school for USAF and only able to use a microwave and have a frigde got any ideas on foods too get and wat to make with only using the microwave?

hm..for breakfast, instant oatmeal can be microwaved. also, you can buy egg beaters which are microwavable. eat these with a banana or nuts or juice. that'll do it for breakfast, idk about other meals though..
