Starting tommorow im starting to bulk up and i hope this journal helps me keep on task :)

Starting Stats:
Weigh: 140
Bench: 180
Squat: 240

Goals:
To gain 5-10 lbs of lean muscle
And to gain strength to up my performance in sports

supplements:
musclemilk protein shake
mega whey protein shake

Diet:
i dont have a diet just 3 protein shakes a day (pre-workout, post-workout, and before bed.)i will eat 5 meals a day no pop alcohol or junk food mostly meats and complex carbs.

My split for this week is
monday-shoulders/biceps
tues-chest/abs
wed- off day
thursday-tri/back
friday-legs

looks good man. but id switch your workout split too:
mon. chest/tri
tues. back/bicepts
wed. off
thurs.shoulders/abs
fri. legs

cause the way you got it working shoulders on mon. will take away from your chest on tues since you use your front delts on benching and such

yea ill try that maybe in the future as of now im stiking with this i will switch it up every week to maximize muscle confusion

ok srry i havent updated ive had alot of trouble lately
pulled back muscle
hit in face wit basball and stichs

all i could do was 3 days of workout
wed thur friday

i was just getting back into it from 2 weeks ago
so i did chest biceps triceps and forearms

i got a new max at 185 today cant reach 200 just yet but getting there

my diet sucks so far kinda my week off cause of injuries

next week ill start it up the right way posting everyday like im supposed too :)
