I use my own ****tail of herbs but my clients did great on it, but it is very mild, most herbals are, it just helps with a bit of water but otherwise you have to do teh work to get super tight and lean by 2nd week out at latest then you can do the diuretics but not to depend on them to get lean. I also use roasted dandelion tea.
