Taking creatine while working out? - Tuesday, April 04, 2006 5:16 PM
I have just now started to drink cell mass (creatine) while i actually work out... I take a little here and there...  Then i finish before my last set/work out...  Then before bed i take it again...

Do u think that is an effective way to use it?  Please give me ur opinion thanks
Bench: 270
Squat: 330-15lb. up since mid March
Deadlift: 335

Bicep: 14 and 1/2 inches April 6 X_X

I've never knowqn n e one to do this I think the instructions are probably the best way to go sicne its so expensive but I guess you'll be our guinea pig, let us know how it goes.

trust me on this one,6 months ago i used creatine monohydrate by prolab,cheap but the most effective i've ever used.i took it three times daily,in the morning,afternoon and in the evening.5  gram at the time so 15 g per day.i went from 16% fat 235 to 17%270 and i was so powerfull in my training i was scared of myself,try it

i did something like that .. i use to take the creaburst from gnc .. it was creatine monohydrate .. i took it 45 min to an hour before i work out .. after an hour i would take it again during my work out .. the feeling i got was insane .. and when i looked in the mirror my muscles was juss bulgin everywhere .. but that was juss the water retention ..
 
im on cellmass now .. and im trying to figure out what would work best for me too .. i took it just like what the instructions said but i havent really seen any results ...
