Why brocli, does it really have that many good nutrients? Personally, I don't like brocli, is there anything else instead of brocli?

any form of brassicas has TONNES of iron in it.

why is this important?

Iron is used in blood as we all know, do we know what it does though? Most dont, they think it just sits there.

There is this huge massive molecule in the blood called haemoglobin, which has an affinity (want of) to oxygen, now as any chemist will know, most affinities are brought upon charges, intermolecular forces within the body would be too weak to stay stable.
Iron has a major affinity to oxygen, in fact the reason we can use the oxygen we breathe is solely because of the iron in that haemoglobin, without it, the oxygen wouldnt transport around our bodies.

More iron=more haemoglobin (obviously your body has a max Hb amount)
More Hb (haemoglobin)=more oxygen round the body
More oxygen round the body=more energy for muscles

Brassicas also contain many vitamins and minerals which help through nerve functioning, and body movements, so yes, they are very important to bodybuilding, it isnt all carbs and proteins im afraid.
