I usually work my traps a lot in my off season but here what I do...I have a full day of just traps....in my opinion they r the coolest muscle. light Up-Rows: 2x15 Close Grip Up-Rows:2x15 Heavy Up-Rows: 5x5 Barbell Shrugs: 4x20 Trap Bar Shrugs: 2x15 Dumbell Shrugs: 2x5 (10 second pause at top of each rep) Bad Form Shrugs: 5x5 (just strait up and down, use wrist straps and shake and do whatever u can just to get the bar up) I get alotta results from this. It gets the thickness and the cutness of it.

Do Reverse shrugs and Front shrugs have a different effect? I thought it was the same, just a different technique.

ORIGINAL: MostDangerousMan Do Reverse shrugs and Front shrugs have a different effect? I thought it was the same, just a different technique. Reverse are supposed to target the back part of your traps, the part you would see on somebody from behind.
