TRAINING AT HOME - Tuesday, December 05, 2006 9:19 AM
Hey, someone knows how can I train at home these three weeks of xmas vacations? It's possible to train without weights? If so, how could be a routine for that matter?

Greetings.

without wieghts?

theres tons of variation pushups you can do.
joging/sprinting
dips...just find somewhere where you can set it up. Like maybe a bench and a stool to put your feet on.

you could do wall squats, stand against a wall lower yourself until your parrallel and hold the position for a set time, like 30 secs/1 min etc...

you could find something heavy to hold in each hand or load a bookbag with heavy wieght and do lunges. Or even just do lunges without wieghts, just do higher reps, like go up and down your driveway or back yard.

sit ups/crunch's

Pull ups...may be hard but im sure you can find a tree branch or something if you try.

Those are just a few things I could think of right now, im sure there are tons more if you check the net or maybe someone else will post some. Ill post more if/when I think of them.

how about getting yourself a pair of adjustable dumbbells while at home?

they won't cost much or take up alot of room, but will ensure you are continuing to lift heavy weights over the next few weeks

Sounds ok... except because I just ask in a sport shop how much it cost a 10 lb dumbbell at it was 80 $!!! (well, here in my country we use bolivares but that's the equivalent). I hope to find some better prices...
