Ok so my usual breakfast consists of 2 thermos' full of coffee with about 4 tbsp of French Vanilla Fat Free Creamer. Lately though ive been trying to eat (actual food) for breakfast instead of skipping it altogether and just going on my morning fix of coffee. so is it okay to keep my coffee as part of my morning breakfast plan, or should i eliminate it from my diet altogether, ive been thinking about doing that for awhile now, but havnt had a good enough reason to justify it.

You can keep some coffee in there, not so much of a big deal, DROP the creamer crap. Those non-fat flavored cream substitutes are leaps and bounds worse then dairy. They usually have high fructose corn syrup, one of the worst food ingredients out there, and a giant concoction of other chemicals, that have nothing to do with actual food. If your cutting use skim milk, or black otherwise, if your metabolism can handle it whole milk, or even half and half (not the best choice, but better than what your doing now) Yes you should have a complete meal for breakfast regardless of what your trying to accomplish. Protein, whole grain carbohydrate, and quality fats, throw some veggies in there, if you can.
