Hello, i have recently buy SYNTHA-6. There is some confusion in the usage and that is i need to ask. I want to take the supplement 2 times 1) IN morning when i wake up 2) After my Workout Can you please tell me that is : is one serving equal to 2 Scoops?? OR is one Serving equal to 1 Scoop?? please reply me very soon. here are directions of usage "Take 2 scoops (providing approx. 44 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as need to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milkshake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk." Serving Size1Rounded Scoop(44g) Servings Per Container30 " Why this Product provide 44g of protein in one serving all other are proving 23-24grams of protein in each serving like ON WHEY etc. please help in this regard, Eshban

looks like one scope is the serving size and has 22g of protein. Not really sure why they say to take two scoops. I would do 1 scoop in the morning and 1or 2 scoops post workout

Yeah the nutritional info is for 1 scoop. Syntha-6 is freaking delicious, but seriously watch out for all the fats in that stuff. I prefer Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey instead... it's also faster-digesting, which you may or may not want. Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex has a function more comparable to Syntha-6 with less fat. This is a lot of fat from sunflower oil... not exactly the cleanest:

I used to run 1 and 1/2 scoops and buy the time you've added milk that's sufficient protein.

i JUST FINISHED MY SYNTHA -6 AND BY THE WAY IT WAS EXCELLENT BUT WHAT I DID WAS ONE SCOOP IN THE MORNING AFTER BREAKFAST AND 2 SCOOPS POST WORKOUT, I STACKED THIS WITH N.O EXPLODE, NITRIX, CELL MASS AND SEVERAL VITAMINS SUCH AS DPA, FISH OIL, OMEGA 3 AND MULTI VITAMINS RESULTS 5 WEEKS 15 LBS, NOW YOU CAN TAKE ALL THIS BUT IF YOUR DIET SUCKS SO WILL YOUR RESULTS HARD WORK GOOD DIET AND NO CAFFEINE THIS CONSTRICTS VEINS WHICH IN TURN CONSTRICTS REPS.
