Sorry if this is a dumb or common knowledge kind of question, but i've been taking bsn cell mass ethyl ester and have been hearing how much better creatine mono is than ethyl-ester. So i have been reading around the forums about creatine mono and quite a few of you say you're taking only 5grams of it daily post workout? So i was reading the dosage of this creatine which was reccommended for its creatine "purity" : http://www.supplements1...50caps/Suggested_Use.htm and it reccomends "7 grams 3 times daily" while loading then "3.5 grams 3 times daily" for maintenance, is that too much? Also whats the maintenance phase is that just daily after the loading phase? Sorry if its been answered a million times i tried searching and couldnt find anything specific to this question. I've been working out for a couple years with minimal gains and have been off supplements for about a year and have just been eating alot of protein/carbs since im ectomorph and putting on weight is my main goal. But i have money to spend on supplements again and want to get it right for the highest possible gains.
