I tried one out at a friend' s house. I did a couple of crunches. Wow! I could feel it almost immediately. I' m thinking I should be one for ab training and maybe do it 3x a week. I' ve also seen people use them at work to sit on. They claim that it forces them to sit up straight and helps strengthen their lower back. Where can I get one for a decent deal?
