hey i have been training for about 3 months now, and i am feeling more energized and i can see that eveything has been workin out for me. but i was just wondering if i should be taking any protein suppliments or something to be able to get better/faster results. I know i should'nt be expecting anything from 3 months of training. Im in 10th grade and im almost 16. i have considered suppliments and i just need some opinions.

i would go for a basic protein. but the thing that will help you the most is your diet. eat alot of healthy foods every 3-5 hours. this is just a personal decision but i think that you are old enough to take some creatine. you will see some very large gains from creatine. i am also 16. good luck.

I was taking protein shakes at your age, but that was it.

umm yea pick up sum protien powder and a multi vitamen
if u want try creatine but i dont think you need it considering youve only been working out for 3 months, you should be getting some decent gains without it
