The short version is I am 27, 174lbs, and 6' and am not sure of a good supplement routine... I have been working out steadily only for 6months or so now and am not getting the results i want.... I have a fairly consistent diet proteins.. Fruits... veggies... but cant seem to get any help on a good supplement routine.. Currently I am only taking a protein powder but am thinking of adding some kind of gainer?? creatine?? any help would be appreciated... Thanks!

What are your goals and current situation.. such as height weight, are you over-weight trying to lose fat or under-weight trying to gain only muscles.. IMO, if you've only been training for 6 months, you're only going to see slight increases.. Make sure your diet is proper for what ever hour goals are.. make sure the routine you're doing is suited for your goals and well planned out. Check thought the nutrition and training area of this site.. and you'll find some great advice on just about every aspect of nutrition..
