Do you think using supplements would be benificail to a teenager? Would it have any health side effects? I was thinking that a protien supplement would be benificail to me to increase muscle strength

Protein shakes are great for anyone including teenagers, there are no side effects as far as I know. I'm a teenager and i gained about 15 lbs using ON's Whey protein in the past 2-3 months

hey chief supps are great for teens being a teen bodybuilder or powerlifter is a great time to be weightlifting it is a time when in guys testosterone is highest so no test boosters are needed but the protein shake is a good idea it will help give the body enough raw materials to repair itself the shakes will not increase muscle strength but muscle mass the only side effects would be if you supplemented too much protein just remember 1 gram per pound of body weight(150lbs=150 grams of protein) but if bulking can sometimes push up to 1.5 grams other than that creatine(i dont know about god hands problem, i have had good results), glutamine, and a good multi these are all good but i also suggest lookin up some other vitamins or hmb or any aminos you might want to try

Protein is great, as long as fish oil pills and vitamin C/E. Protein should be taken 3 times a day on the bulking stage, and 1/2 times a day on the cutting stage. A common place that has protein could be in a vitamin shop, maybe online you could buy some products. I dont know the stores they have in the UK, but im sure its not too hard to buy protein somewhere close to where you live. -Mike

some supp protein bfore and after i dont do this bc my preworkout meal i think is enough and i also believe your body only needs quick protein after a hard workout take protein after a hard workout within an hour of finishing this is the time the body is in its most need for protein and bcaas and glutamine so supplementing now is best the places to buy the supps you want might have to come from the net they are cheap on the net and allow you to buy at wholesale prices usually of course supplements101.com is this sites sponsor so give them a look and like mike said look at vitamin shops in the uk or in a health food store take it easy

Hypnotised to realise that this surprise will end in demise in front of your eyes. Shining with lies you sent your spies, spat your alibies and your words rotted, rotted and attracted flies. Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.
