What do you guys think about 1-AD and T-Bol 100? i have been working out for about 5 years now and just wanted to gain some more size and i heard that these would work. what do you think? keith deaton

1-AD has lots of great reviews. It's the most popular supplement when it comes to Pro-hormones and Ergopharm is a well known company. I've read plenty of reviews on this site as well as most other bodybuilding sites that really like 1-AD.

As long as you are familar with Pro-hormones, it's a well known and respected supplement.

Instead of buying 1-AD, I suggest you purchase S1+ which contains both 1-Testosterone and 4-Androstenediol. This product is also a transdermal which is alot more effective than orals and is not as harsh to the liver since it skips the first pass. Best part is that it is more cost effective.

I am about to start up on Monday, can't wait. Do your research first though, I spent a good 3 months learning about the products before making any decision. Good luck!
