Supplements beyond expired date - Wednesday, July 29, 2009 7:59 PM ( #1 )
I just bought a muscle milk container from a website superstore and they gave me a container that is expiring in August of 09! I wont be able to finish this container by the end of August, So was wondering if any one of you have you used any supplements past the "BEST by" date? do you see any issues?

As long as it tastes good you should be fine.

Indeed it should still be fine.  I would put it in a ziplock bag and refrigerate it though to keep it as fresh as possible.  I buy my supplements like this all the time, and have never found one to be off.  Perhaps the potency can be somewhat lowered in some supps, but the price for me far outweighs any minor potency deficit.
