Supplement questions

Just found this site, number 1, looks very helpfull. Already looking into some books after reading a couple posts.
I am also looking for a good supplement. I have been taking EAS myoplex stuff for a month now and together with determination I am gaining the weight and look I desire. I was also going to look into EAS Animal stak and animal pak and figured I would read a couple reviews first.
What I read kind of frightned me. Did not expect to see some of these side effects. Others mentioned 1-AD and S1+
I am looking for the same results from these items, but 1-AD is apparently a controlled substance now lol.
Any recomendations as to the same gains but from a legal stand point.
I visit the gym at least 3 times a week, have gained my goal of 205 in less than a month from 190 area.
All help is appreciated,

no secret, I just have a crazy metabolic rate and find it very easy to loose weight with no effort and gain weight that I want with little work. I just eat right and spend time at the gym.

Just for the record, animal stak 2 and animal pak are not made by EAS, they are made by Universal Nutrition. I am taking both rightnow.
