Supplement problems - Thursday, January 04, 2007 7:24 AM
Hi, I'm 17, I weigh 157, and am 5'9". A few months ago I began a weight lifting routine that has helped me turn most of my body fat into muscle (I haven't changed my daily calorie count since I've been working out.) Recently however I wanted to increase my daily amount of calories, so I have began taking a supplement called Ultra Mass by Kaizen. I'm not looking for a better supplement unless that is the only option to fix my problem, but I do have an allergy to wheat barely and rye, so I can't take just any supplement. Anyway, since I have started taking this powder I have had a lot of gas. Honestly this wouldn't normally bother me but the smell isn't pleasent, and can't really go unnoticed. I have tried adjusting my daily fiber levels hoping that that would fix my problem, but unfortunately that hasn't gotten me anywhere. So, if anyone has any idea on how to get rid of this, your help would be greatly appreciated.
