Anyone have any other suggestions of supplements to use. I am 33 years old and getting back into weights after some extended time away from home (US Navy). I currently do cardio in the mornings 5 days a week and lift 4-5 days a week in the afternoon. Currently I use Nitro-Tech or Problend 55 and Cell Tech for Creatine. I would like to get a little bigger and of course drop a little body fat (now sitting at about 18%) My diet probably isnt the best in the world but not the worst either. Work situations dont always lend to eating the best, but like I said I do the best I can. Usually I can get in 4 meals a day. Any suggestions are appreciated

well, there is no supplement for a poor diet, but if you' re using Whey protein and Creatine, I would recommend adding Glutamine.

If you`re training hard you should be eating at least 6 times a day.I know this is inconveiniate but it`s a fact if you want to make gains.Prepare your meals in advance and put them in Tupperware containers, and go to work.Take some vit.-C.E.Whey Protein,Creatine and eat a balanced diet, atb least 6 meals a day.Get serios about it and you will make good gains. If you eat like the guy next door you will look like the guy next door, and chances are he probably doesn`t look too good.
