Hello, I'm 17, 5'8" and I'm only 125 pounds. I have been interested in weight gain, whether it be muscle or fat, it doesn't matter, though I would rather have muscle (of course) I have been reading online about supplements and routines, but the internet is misleading, because I always read and hear different opinions/facts about something, compared to another. I relize that different routines work for different people, but I was thinking that there was possibly a "best routine" that gets the most weight gain/mass gain in the least amount of time. I'll start off with what I have boughten: Supplements: EAS Myoplex Sport: Elite Athlete Series http://www.ihealthtree.com/eas-myoplex-mass-vanilla-20-pack.html GNC Multi Ultra Mega Gold Without Iron http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=58416&catid=11415&trx=29384&tab=0#0 Pro Performance Creatine Plus http://www.gnc.com/productDetails.aspx?id=350530&lang=en Weights: Dumbells, bench press, and pull up bar ( I read that free weights are the best) Problem: I have all these supplements, and I keep reading on different sites to take a certain amount and the other site says a totally different amount. How much should I take of each supplement, what time of the day, and for how long? I know its a very vague question, but I would be very helpfull if someone could set me up with a daily routine, with what I asked above, and which excercise routine should I do, since I'm limited on the amound of equipment. I have never worked out, and I would love to start, but there is so much to it! If you could help me out with this, Ill be greatly happy!

Try max ot, do a google search on it, it is supposed to pack on the most muscle in the least amount of time in the gym. I am doing it for legs right now and it works great. 5 grams of creatine before you work out, roughly 30-45 minutes before. Take your protein right after you work out, and if you want to take it twice, take it as soon as you wake up in the morning. Free weights are best for mass.

I read about 50 pages of the Max-Ot Complete Routine... basically what I read from it was that you push your muscles to the fullest. Wouldn't that stump my growth though? Also you said take creatine once at pre workout.. should you take it right when you wake up, then pre workout, then post workout. Shouldn't I also drink protein before I go to sleep?

Do not take creatine soon as you get up. Yes you can take protein before you go to bed, but since you are a new comer, try once or twice a day with the protein. See how it helps your body. Glutamine is a must if you are working out hard, but don't just go out and buy a whole bunch of supplements now, see how things go first. I just got some 4 ever fit L-glutamine, but my buddy who works at a supp store told me to try the 500gram container first before shelling out 70 bucks for a 1000 gram container if for some reason it doesn't do anything for me.

Alright, so I have told you all before, I'll say it again, GNC is possibly the easiest store to steal from in the mall. I got some THERMOBURST last night, I'll keep you all updated.

Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

I work with our Loss Prevention dept to weed out internal theft and see they get some jail time. Stealing is wrong, you don't need glutamine or any supp that bad.

I wouldn't call your need for THERMOBURST desperate. Of course looking at your racist link in your signature I wouldn't expect much different I suppose.

Well, let's see, you come here complaining you have no cash, I told you what to do. You want to tell me I'm full of **** and cry like a little wanker then so be it, don't bring other issues into this like "Oh, he has a signature that leads to a record company, he must be evil." I'll tell you what, having a signature that leads to Micetrap has NOTHING to do with my stealing. You get your rap, I get my rock, you got a ****ing problem bring it up without the smartass comments.

I don't like the fact it's a record label that preaches hate. It doesn't matter if it's rock, rap or country. You have a right to listen to it... I have a right to think it's not appropriate to post here. If the administrators and other members don't have a problem with it then so be it. I know you listening to hate rock has nothing to do with you stealing. I just believe in working hard for the things I need or want. Not taking them from other people who work hard. The thing is we shouldn't be having this conversation. This is a bodybuilding forum. Not a politics, morals or music forum. That's why you shouldn't have the link there. And I don't want to get into a big thing about this or anything. This is just my opinion. P.S. I didn't come here complaining about having no cash.

I would like to clear up that it is my signature, which, if you check all around, everyone else seems to have little quotes by their favorite cartoon character or what they think, or even stats about themselves. Google Definition: A file containing a bit of personal information that you can set to be automatically appended to your outgoing e-mail messages; many network newsreaders also have this capability. Large signatures over five lines generally are frowned upon. So I think the art, whatever it may be, hate-rock, porn, even steroid positive thoughts, it's my personal preference, and my right to display that. It isn't a direct link, I am not saying "Check out this page," and I never even asked you to go there, so if you go there of your own free will, then have a problem with it, that has NOTHING to do with me. If you didn't want it to get big you shouldn't have typed it in.

ORIGINAL: Gun Ryo Desperate times call for desperate measures There's a difference between "desperate times" and selfishness. Stealing a pack of meat because your family hasn't eaten in three days would fall under the first category. Stealing supplements because you don't have money for them, or don't want to pay for them, would fall under the second. There is absolutely no difference between this, and stealing a car because you didn't have enough money to buy it. Feeding your needs is necessary; feeding your wants isn't.

The constitution as well as my life guarantees his right to express his opinions freely and openly. His problem is that his moral compass is stuck pointing to "selfish idiot."
