Supplement for Muscle Recovery?
-

Currently I am using an training regimine that focuses on alot of explosive movements and cardio, and at night I train in kickboxing. So at the end of the day and the next day I am extremley sore and exhausted. What would be the best supplement to take to promote muscle recovery so I can continue to train without being exhausted and sore? Thanks, Dave

Creatine, Glutamine and BCAAs. Eat a lot of protein too. Like 2g/lb body weight.

Good work with the link tigerfan. My answer = protein, lots of it.
