Supplement and Routine Help - Sunday, April 06, 2008 2:32 PM ( #1 )
Hey guys, i am 16 years old, 5"11 and 145lbs. As you could tell, im pretty skinny.

Can someone please help me by suggesting a supplement that i could take to get bigger and put on more weight. People keep telling me to take creatine, but im not too sure i want to take it because im not sure if its healthy or wht i need at this age..I was thinking something like Whey Protein or a mass gainer, but im also not sure how/when to take them.

Also, i was wondering if someone could suggest a 4or5 day a week routine for me to help me get bigger. Thanks in advance.

hey, im 16 now and i am taking creatine and  whey protein. Iv used creatine a lot and its safe just make sure you drink a lot of water daily. i started doing weights properly last year and i find it very hard to put on weight. near the start i started using weight gainer and it worked ok. i had the best results with what i am using now but im eating a lot lot more then i was before. iv put on 22lbs in the past year from a good rotuine and eating a lot and using the two supplements. hope this helps

Just try using some well known routines like German Volume Training.

THanks for the help so far. Ill look into the German Volume Training routine, but how can i find other routines. Do they give you some on this site? And has anybody heard of mega mens?

yes you can take creatine,in this age, this is very much helpful for you, yes 5 day in a week are enough for bigger, but you have to take care about your diet...and your exercise these make you bigger.
