Supplament Help - What I'm Looking For - Tuesday, August 11, 2009 8:11 AM ( #1 )
Hey,

I basically started lifting 3 weeks ago, and have gained 6 lbs and am now at 151, I have built a bit of tone while I was at it, but now I'm looking to gain a good 20 more lbs, and build a good amount of muscle but no steroids. What I'm looking for

Something for Joints and Muscle Healing

Something for weight gain, so I can build the muscle mass

Something to help build muscle faster

Something that is a pre workout formula to get me pumped to lift.

I have herd Animal Packs are something good to use, but I don't know which ones I would even be buying? Someone please help me out.

1. Fish oil, Glutamine
2. Weight gainer protein
3. same as above
4. Jack3d if you must. Dont think  you need it this early in training

Ya,

I've always taken Fish Oil Vitaments since I was little, that helps with other stuff. I would really like to know about the Animal Pak, there are many different ones

Animal Pak
Animal Cut
Animal Nitro
Animal Pump
Animal This Animal That -

They excellent Reviews but which would I use, I'm guessing the Animal Pak, but I'm not sure.

1. Fish oil like money said.
2. Get optimum nutritions 100% gold standard whey or GNCs wheybolic
3. Get a cheap creatine mono.
4. Since you started lifting three weeks ago I would NOT get jack3d. This stuff will mess you up if you have never taken an NO supplement. So start off with like superpump250 by gaspari nutrition or fast twitch by cytosport.
 
If you want to keep your muscles anabolic get Optimum Nutritions Casein as well. Take a serving before bed. It is a slow digesting protein to keep your muscles in a building phase.
 
You also should take a multivitamin everyday.
 
Do not get any of the animal supplements.
