holy hell! i forgot i was doing this. ok, so today was an off day because of no ride to the gym, so ill more than likely be doing legs tomorow. my weights have now gone up in every single excercise, and i think its amazing. im at an akward stage of bodybuilding anyway. i'm teetering between normal and bodybuilder in physique and the weight i use. i have somewhat of a bodybuilder build, but not to the extent where if im walking you can say..hey that guy looks like hes into fitness. but that will come with time. anyway, the superpump gave me such amazing pumps in my first week, that i decided to do a routine i havent done in so long..and it works excellent for me. i made my best gains on it. i'm up two pounds since i started last week, and i dont seem bloated or like theres any fat gain. ill tell you if there was any size gains once i find my tape measurer.

saturday was shoulders and legs...i totally destroyed my front delts and quads..everything else was just a normal workout. the intensity was sick though..i did military press 3 sets 8,8,8 side cable raises 3 sets 8,8,8 barbell raises(not sure on name) 3 sets 8,8,8 Dumbbell Shrugs 3 sets 8,8,8 I than superset legs Leg Press 3 sets 12,10,10 Donkey Calves 3 sets 12,10,10 and next suprset Squats 3sets 10,8,8 Leg Extensions 3 sets 12,10,10

orange superpump taste like doo doo mad sugary thats what i had...but the fruitpunch or whatever berry flavor size on i had tasted like death when u had to drink it ...stuff never dissolved in the water and settled on the bottom soo gross

OVERALL SUPERPUMP REVIEW i didnt finish sizeon..but the superpump is done. taste-10 best supp. ive ever drank delivers promises- 4 it worked and it worked well, but this said it was going to increase my lean mass in just one workout. this actually bloated me as much as the sizeon did. side effects- 8 ready for this one...this stuff gives you terrible gastro intestional[spelling] pains for about eight hours. also, it gives you dhiherria..wel it did for me anyway. pumps-8 great stuff...it gave me the ability to work out about 100% harder. it added a ridiculous amount of intensity that i miss dearly. in conclusion- the muscle building potential isnt that great, but it does give you the ability to work out alot harder which i guess in turn would give you some ability to build more muscle. this stuff really turned up my strength though. every excercise my weight was increased. it tastes amazing..like if it didnt turn me into a weight lifting machine id drink it just to drink it..its that good. i put up with the dhireia...it was only on training days but it was really bad. i would reccomend this product to anyone because alot of people do see results with it without the side effects i had. i have like four or five more days on sizeon, when i finish ill review it.

i finished sizeon...im going to hope the bloating comes down. yes, this was a major strength booster...every lift i have went up in poundage. this is a solid stack and i would reccomend it to anyone. some sites have this stack very cheap.

This stack is awesome! I started a mass building rountine two weeks ago utilizing compound exercises with 5x5. The key is to add 5lbs to every exercize every week. The first week was tough. The second week with the Superpump/Sizeon stack was incredibly easy. I contemplated adding 10 lbs each week to keep up with myself. Time will tell.

when were you taking sizeon? it says on non-trainging days to take b4 bed and i never saw that b4, so i was wondering what you did.

i took superpump 250 2 months ago. i started off with one scoop but then bumbed up to 2 the second week. about 15-20 min after i take it i start to notice my energy level skyrocketing and i became very focused, once i started lifting i became even more focused on my lift, after your warm up you can start to feel the pump and by the end of my workout i would be rediculously vascular. i stacked it with leukic and gained about 7 lbs in a month and stayed very lean. i loved the resuls but the sides were unbarable and thats why i wont take it again. i had bad direahia several times a week (even on one scoop), the only time i have to work out is after 8pm so i work out late and its still in my system hours later when i go to bed and i cant sleep, you know that gittery feeling you get when your in a car to long and you have alot of energy you cant release? well i had that feeling for most of the month. good results bad sides, everyones body reacts diffrently so i say try it if your not scared of the sides, or think it will efect you diffrently

I have been taking superpump for about 2 months and size on for about a month. when i started on superpump i was 5'9 205 after the first month i was 208 but i had big gains in strength my bench went from 320 to 335 i added size on about a month ago and i jumped up to 216 in that month and got even more gains and results from it to start i only could curl the 45's 4x10 no i can do the 60's 4x12 it's a great stack if you diet and eat right you can get unimagiable gains from it another great product is vaso good NO pricey but worth it [image]local://15711/95B5955E595149E39258F94E2EFEA552.jpg[/image]
