Ive been lifting for about 2 years now supplementing with glutamine, creatine, and protein. I worked out for 5 days a week. I have seen good improvements, but nothing that i really want to see. i have been told to eat a lot, and so i have. i even got a job at the local boston market to make sure i get enough protein and carbs lol. Basically, my question is i know SD isn't ment for kids my age but i was wondering, with proper use, say running it for 3 weeks at a low dose of 10/10/10 and then 3 weeks pct with rebound xt and milk thistle, can it really hurt me. And if so what if i only did 1 cycle. Its more that i am on a plateau and i need something to get me going again. I have been reading posts hear for a while now but this is my first post. I feel that i know a good amount and was planning on doing this: week 1- 10 sd week 2- 10 maybe 20 week 3- 10mg sd W4- RXT 75mg Wk5- RXT 50mg Wk6- RXT 25 mg also i would be taking milk thistle and possibly saw palmetto in between all of it Thanks for your help guys
