i just bought some super pump i wanna kno when i should take it on non training days? like in the morining or after i eat or before or what? any one

 No, you shoulnt eat anything within an hour of taking it.  Most people will tell you taking on off days isnt necessary anyway.  Just go with it pre-workout on an empty stomach.

The only reason it says on the label to take on non training days is for the creatine. you would be better off just takeing some pure creatine monohydrate on non training days, and since the amount of creatine in superpump is minimal i would take the mono on training days as well.

I use it currently and love it. It says to use it on non-training days.

superpump 250 is definately a great product. i have taken it for a over a month and it is awesome, i would even go as far to say that it is better than NO-explode, and definately cheaper. the only negative side effect that i got from superpump is that i now have stretch marks on the inside of both of my triceps.

should u take it on non training days even when ur just chillen doin nothin lol? im still not sure when i should take my protein to?? u guuys got any suggestions

so take the super pump on an empty stomach 30 45 mins befor workout and then right after my workout take my protein? and dont take the super pump on non training days??   (im new at this if u havent noticed)

  • RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or juice 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). For maximum results, avoid consuming a meal or protein shake within 45 minutes to an hour of taking SuperPump250™.   so when should i take my protein?? 45 mins after i take the supie pump?? sorry for all the questions bois

You should take it like 20 min or less before the gym. drink a shake like 45 min before your workout. Dont take it on your non training day, that is a waste, unless you like wasting money.Smile

ya today i drank it 25 mins before i hit the gym and then i drank my shake about 40-60 mins later. if u take it on non training days wont it help drop some weight??

I keep hearing all this stuff about super pump 250 sounds great and i am excited to try it but currently i am trying to slowly work myself off no xplode. What flavors do u guys recomend i just have the fruit punch N.O it was horrible but i took it down. does super pump have any good flavors?
