i used it and loved it! it gives some people pretty bad diarrhea problems, but i didnt have a problem. its a pre-workout mix. nothin miracelous to "muscle building" like your saying. just gives you the kick to make it through intense workouts. it will give you a perpetual pump though during and a little after your workout which will make you swole. all in all, i was happy with the product.

It sent me running to the toilet the first few times I used it too. But eventually I found a good cup of coffee gave me the same thing for a LOT less money. Coffee is a good pre-workout supp, as is an inexpensive N.O. supplement from Walmart.. Both are vasodilators and will give you good energy, and I seem to get about the same pump and energy when using the cheap NO from Walmart, as I did from SP250.

Almost forgot..... SP250 will not build muscle size. Food does that, along with a good heavy workout and lots of sleep and water.

i read that caffeine is a vasocontrictor, and arginine a vasodilator, so really the products do nothing?

Are there many NO type pre work out products without caffeine or harsh stimulants? I might check into some, I am not liking NOxplode this time around, it could be that I am taking it with stack2, but it doesn't make me feel good, and I like to feel good while I work out.

Yeah like robert said about the NO supp from walmart. I went through a bottle of that once and it did exactly what you wanted it to do. Its still NO.

I think cytosport makes their version of Noxplode called fast twitch. I think the orange flavor is the one without caffeine but check to make sure.

FAST TWITCH Powder is ok and more money saving but for some reason, when I buy that $3.00 bottle of premixed Fast Twitch and drink in a second prior to lifting; I turn into a monster w/a crazy staying power. I can't get that out of the powder I have and don't know why, but the pre mixed although costly if you're a gym rat, is the most effective I've seen.

Superpump is a solid pre-workout supplement, but I personally think NO Shotgun has it up on Gaspari. The greatest thing about Shotgun is it has BCAA's to feed your muscles during training, a little caffeine to get you going, along with the NO and creatine. In my opinion, a much better way to spend your money. Plus, you don't get the bathroom-related side effects as with SuperPump.
What is football, might you ask? Its the game played with your feet and a round, tessellated ball on grass with a net on each side. Then what is that one sport where they wear "football" pads and tackle each other? Oh, that's throwball.

Has anyone tried Body Fortress Super NOS Blast? I've been thinking about picking some up and trying it. SuperPump 250 is just too expensive.
