Super Strength - Wednesday, April 16, 2008 4:16 PM ( #1 )
This is basically strict with compounds. Full body 3 times a week for cutting and getting stronger to add mass this winter.
 
Monday
 
  • Bench Press - 3 Waves of 3, 2, 1
  • Squats - 3 Waves of 3, 2, 1
  • Rack Deadlifts - 3 Waves of 3, 2, 1
  • Power Cleans - 3 Waves of 3, 2, 1

 
Wednesday (60 seconds of rest on each)
 
  • Incline Dumbell Press - 5 x 3
  • Front Squats - 5 x 3
  • Rows - 5 x 3
  • Snatch 5 x 3

 
*Friday (60 second rest interval)
 
  • Flat Bench - 1 Wave of 3, 2, 1; 5 x 2
  • Overhead Squats with Added Press -  1 Wave 3, 2, 1; 5 x 2
  • Weighted Rack Pull Ups - Wave of 3, 2, 1,; 5 x 2 
  • Snatch Hang High Pull - Wave of 3, 2, 1; 5 x 2

 
* All lifts with a 20 second supramaximal hold using 110 - 150% 1RM

Looks like powerlifts mainly instead of strength, probably the best thing for upping your maxes there IMO.
