Back to the old workout game again after dealing with a few forks in the road. This time, instead of bulking, for numerous reasons I'm back in favor of becoming a conditioning marvel. lol. ROUTINE: Day 1: Conditioning (Pushups, Hindu Squats, Bridging, Pullups, Running. No rest between sets) Day 2: Vinyasa Yoga Day 3: Compound weight lifting (chest and back - horizontal @ 80% of 1RM) Day 4: Conditioning Day 5: Vinyasa Yoga Day 6: Compound weight lifting (thighs, abs, calves - @ 60% of 1RM) Day 7: REST Day 8: Conditioning Day 9: Vinyasa Yoga Day 10: Compound weight lifting (chest, back - @ 60% of 1RM from Vertical) Day 11: Conditioning Day 12: Vinyasa Yoga Day 13: Compound weight lifting (thighs, abs, calves - @ 80% of 1RM) Day 14: REST DAY 1: 30 regular pushups, 20 hindu pushups, 10 commando pullups, 80 hindu squats, and a 1 mile run (no rest between sets). Puking: Only once. LOL.
