Was wondering what would be a good " in-between" supplement. I want to take a break from creatine for awhile but dont want to lose too much mass while doing so. I plan on still taking protein and glutatime (which works well for me) but am looking for something else. Not looking to really bulk up. What can I replace it with...CLA, HMB, Vanadyl, Pro Hormones? Any suggestions?

How much mass do you think you gained from creatine? Not enough to need a bridge.

And if you are so concerned may I ask why you are taking the time off? Also, I am wondering why you haven' t registered. I know I have seen this elsewhere, but if you intend to post and seek help, you really should register here.

My all-time favorite summer time supplement is Bombay Gin and Tonic with a slice of fresh lime on the glass or squeezed in.

Gotta agree with Twin Peak. Since this is just a ' guest' we' ll never know if you got an answer or not.

So please register as we really would rather answer your question with something real rather then sarcasm. Smile
