I used to live in Kenya and zimbabwe, and i used to always have this dish... It's really good, especially when your trying to chomp down chicken and you need a good healthy side dish... http://www.congocookbook.com/c0007.html

Seems like a good way to get a lot of those awesome spinach/leafy greens, especially if you don't like them solo.

I havnt had it for sooo long, not the real stuff at least since 1998, when i came to America. Do they sell it here in the states? Or does it have to be hand made? The closest thing to it here is polenta.
