I'm 5'11 185 pounds and am in the final stages of recovering from hernia surgery. I started weight lifting 2 years ago and went from 5'9 146 pounds to 5'11 193 pounds until the hernia came about and i lost a lil weight. I'm going into my senior football season and want to put on about 10-20 pounds of muscle this summer. I've been thinking about stacking Muscletech's Cell-tech creatine and nitro-tech whey protein because the ad's say in something like an 8 week study ppl gained an average of 86.4 pounds on their bench (I'm benching around 220 right now and want to get to at least 265 if not more by the end of summer) and around 11 or 12 pounds of lean muscle. I've also been thinking about doing the Gakic-Leukic-Creakic stack with TrueMass (BSN) protein. Any reccomendations on a particular stack or any feedback on what I have so far?
