Hi All, This is my first post to this forum.I'm 22 now and my weight-73.4Kgs,Height-173Cms.I'm really interested in doing exercises.I did physical training for the last six months and just now I'm not continuing b'cos of my busy schedule.My problem is I'm not getting a proper routine to continue.Please suggest me a proper training schedule so i can gain a srong muscle in my body. My chest muscles looking saggy and how to get a proper strong chest muscle with the exercises. Waiting for ur kind replies.
