Suggestions for training routine - Tuesday, March 16, 2004 4:18 PM
Hey all, I just joined and I love this site already. I was wondering if any of you out there could help me develop a training routine including meals? I've been lifting for years, but I have never really had something uniform, I kind of just went around the gym and did what I felt like. I have gotten some good results, but I feel like I am in a rut. I know I could be huge. I definitely have the genetics. I am 6'3" and about 295, mostly muscle. Unfortunately, got some fat still on there. Alright, thanks for all the help.

Ok, just realized that these types of questions are covered in other topics. I'm a newbie, sorry.

The questions might be covered in other topics, but the whole purpose of the site is for us to help each other out. Check out the site, come back here and ask any other questions you might have. Having an actual training routine will make a world of difference for you- Welcome to DB!

Max-OT baby!!!

I've got a question though... how the hell did you get to be 295lbs wondering around the gym doing what you felt like??? Please tell me you're 195 otherwise my new gym routine will be closing my eyes, spinning around 5 times and walking until I bumb into a machine.

I know, its odd, but I actually am 295. I have a huge build, just born that way, also I have been lifting for several years; unfortunately, some of that 295 is disgusting fat. I should clarify.... I didn't just walk around doing whatever, per se, I more went with programs that friends of mine told me I should try or things I read on the internet, stuff like that. I just never got into a program all the way that I found I like and that I could stick with for a lifetime. Kind of in a rut, I guess.
