Suggestions for new routine

Hey guys, im obviously a new member and im relatively new in the world of bodybuilding. I'm 16, 6'5, and about 185 pounds and Im not looking to get too big, but i definately want to get stronger. My goal is for a very defined and muscular look, not bulk. Im dirt poor and im on a schedule consisting of bodyweight only excersises. Ive been doing a little bit of researching for the last few months and ive come up with this routine. Altough im not looking to buy weights anytime soon, I would be very grateful for any suggestions from people with experience!! Everyday: Warm up 15 mins Static muscle contractions - *Full body contraction: 10 reps -3 seconds on 2 seconds off (same for all) *Biceps *Triceps *Delts *Traps *Lats *Pecs *Abs & Obliques *Quads *Hamstrings *Calves After that i move on to my daily Isometric routine, each rep is held for ten seconds, then after a ten second rest i move on to the next movement. Doorway shoulder press Doorway sidepushes Doorway Lateral raise Doorway pushapart Pull (in an upwards motion) Shrug Curl Reverse Curl Tricep Extension Grip hands pulls behind (both grips) Grip hands pull in front (both grips) Praying hands push Parade rest push Hands behind head Hands on top of head Back hands inside knees Ankle lock (both sides) Hold elbow and puch (both grips) Wrist curl (both) Levearge wrist twist (both) Crush grip (both) Pinch grip (both) Thats it for my isometrics. Now, every workout day i move to my workout directly after those. This is my Mon, Wed, Fri routine. 3 Chair Wide Clap Push-ups: 4 sets of Inf. Lateral Raising 2 chairs: 3 sets of Inf. Pull-ups: 4 sets of Inf. One Legged Calf Raises: 2 sets of inf. (for each leg) One legged Squats: 2 sets of inf. (for each leg) Diamond Push-ups: 3 sets of Inf. Wrist-ups: 4 sets of inf. (ive never read about this excersise, so i named it myself. Put two chairs facing each other. Sit in one and go to the very edge of the seat, lift up your legs and lean forward putting all your weight on the very beginning of your fingers. I guess you would call it the "ball" of your hand in comparison to your foot. Then using only the strength in your forearms push yourself up and down slowly for as many repititions as possible.) This is my Tues., Thurs., Sat. Routine. Also done immeadiately following my daily exersises. Its a Circut routine Ab killer that i go through twice, with a minute and a half to two minutes rest in between each. Waist twist - 100 Bicycle Situps - 25 Weightless Goodmornings - 20 Heel touches - 25 Seal Push-ups - 30 (very effective in my opinion if done right) Bicycle kicks - 10 on a four count Leg raises - 25 Superman hyperextensions - 35 "V" ups - as many as possible Nods - 50 in all four directions Every once in a while i try to do a handstand push-up, but im just not strong enough yet. Thats about it though. I really appreciate anyones help or advice!

Wow, that is an impressive set of bodyweight only exercises. I personally don't think you can get very far without weights, but this looks intriguing. It might serve you well for awhile while you are in the beginner stage, if you absolutely cannot buy weights or go to a gym. I have no opinion on the exercises themselves, but I'd say try it for 8 weeks or so and then report back. A lot of people want a routine they can do without weights. Take before and after pics and see what happens. If it works for you, it might help someone else, too. But eventually, your muscles will no longer be challenged by body weight only exercises, and you will have to add weights to see results.
Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?
