Suggestions Needed - PLEASE! ;)

This is what I am taking now, and would like some ideas of what to add or take away... Pre-Workout (workout begins at 6am) GNC Multivitamins (2) HorsePower (1 scoop) Post-Workout HorsePower (1 scoop) Ultimate Nutrition Iso-93 Whey Protein (1 serving) But that's about it. I decided on the multivitamins cause I am horrible at eating regular meals (even though I have taken steps to TRY to fix this - even if it is just a can of tuna through the day at some point, or juice or something) Can anyone offer suggstions? What about fish oil and such? What will that do and how will I benefit. NOTE: I go to the gym ALOT... mixing muscles with cardio. Thanks in advance!

What you eat plays a big role, so you may want to concentrate more on that. Fish Oil benefits your heart alot, but plays a role in the fat burning process.

yeah, the food thing doesn't work too well with me. i hardly ever used to eat (other than a big dinner)... but i am trying to change it for the better (the more i get into the whole working out thing - although i have trained at a gym on and off for five years, i let myself go for a bit :( and just NOW became more serious about it)

does horsepower contain carbs? if not, ad in 40 grams of simple carbs preworkout from about 3 different sources, and 60 g. postworkout from 3 different sources. I like either gatorade (which contains all 3 types of sugars), or some table sugar, white bread and jelly.
