So Ive  been working out for about a year and a half. Iv progressed quite a bit but am not where i want to be. Currently I max on about 185-195 on the bench  but I want to be putting up about 225 at least. Any suggestions?
Im only taking NO explode and Im 6'0 and 195lbs

How often do you train bench, and what other exercises that day, what order, what are your training then off days and what muscles on each day?
Also, your diet may be a factor, what is the meal plan you follow?
