Suggestions on brands - Saturday, July 12, 2008 8:22 AM
Alright I'm about to run out of protein glutamine and creatine, so  I would like some suggestions on which kinds to take.  I know I'm going to get muscle milk to start taking before bed but here goes current stuff.

100% whey by GNC
Glutamine SR by MHP max human performance 27 bucks
Creatine by body fortress, really cheap crap thinking about replacing with gnc creatine powder or a cell mass or cell tech

I take gnc megamen, but thinking about replacing it with optimen multi

Omega 3's
ALA
BCAA's in between meals

Also thinking about taking this stuff called purple wratth it is a BCAA supplement with arginine in it like 40 bucks on bodybuilding.com

Let me know what you all think or if you know some better supps.

price per pound for whey I came up with: American Whey its $60 for 10lbs. which is simplified $30 for 5lbs. it comes in choc. Vanilla and Oranges&Creme.

I don't know much about what to take for creatine from what others say go with: Green Magnitude "Controlled Labs"(I think) SizeOn "Gaspari" or a some micronized monohydrate.

Lots of People here use Animal Pak Multi.

I use Opti. though.

I can't help u with Glutamine or Bcaa's

I say start using ON 100% Casein before bed or just eat cottage cheese.

I found that site to always be the cheapest. Plus u get free samples when u order. Sometimes shirts. It all depends on what brand u buy.

Animal Pak is the multi I use.

BSN Syntha-6 tastes amazing as far as protein goes.
The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
