Suggestions for Full Body 3x week routines

hi guys new here, but been training + eating solidly for around 6 months i started off with push/pull/legs routine and most recently have been doing a full body routine which i much prefer and feel i've made more gains on it that a split routine (although this may be due to my diet becoming better) this is the routine i'm currently on, i've recently changed from 3x8 to 5x5 to mix things up a bit, but i'm not sure if thats enough of a change. ps. i train for SIZE/HYPERTROPHY only although i believe i am quite strong for my size for some reason! MONDAY squat bb bench seated row calf raise WEDNESDAY deadlift wide grip pullups db shoulder press barbell curls FRIDAY squat dips close grip chinups close grip bench press or tricep pushdowns any suggestions of good solid routines i could use would be appreciated! i know i train only for size but i like to keep my routines simple and can't be bothered messing around with HST! thanks
