I'm a submissionist(submisions wrestler). I have no weights, but i need to work out and get my endurance up as soon as possible. Any ideas?
You can punch, and you can kick. If I take you to the ground your mine!!!! I'm a grappler and my favorite place to be is on the mat.

I use resistance weights for endurance. If you aren't looking to join a gym and not looking to spend a whole lot I'd suggest buying the BowFlex Dumbells and a bench.

If you are a submission wrestler, or training for it, like I am, then you more than likely have a heavy bag, put it to use. Look at this website, www.extremeselfprotection.com the guy who runs it is named Mark Hatmaker, and he has this DVD called The Floor Bag Workout, it is a workout specifically designed to build the strength, endurance and stamina for a submission wrestler. You will develop grip strength, to hold the person you are wrestling, the takedown strength and functional strength and conditioning to be a better submission wrestler. If you dont have a heavy bag, they are only $70, and the DVD is like $35 or $25, but it kicks butt man. Guarantee that you wont even beable to finish it.

ORIGINAL: submissionist I'm a submissionist(submisions wrestler). I have no weights, but i need to work out and get my endurance up as soon as possible. Any ideas? As a submission fighter you must have good balance and be able to xplode from all angles at any time and you must be stronger then your opponent i suggest gettin a Bag and a great cardio plan work on your ground & pound on the bag and also you can do high intensity grapling with friends or training partner's you have to be explosive and powerfull to dominate someone on the ground are you fighting MMA or just grapling a little for fun
Height 5'10" Weight 200lbs Incline bench press 300 curl 115 5 times sitting down Skull crushers 105 lbs 12 times 4 sets One arm Bent over row 90 lb dumbell 4x12 Body fat 14.2
