This is a stupid question which i probably know the answer to. I just started bulking and i have been getting a little dizzy during the day. I am taking in 2300 cal, 175 pro, and 326 carbs. Any suggestions?

first how tall are you and how much do you weigh. it sounds like you arent eating enough. when you lift weights or exercise, you might tend to need or want to eat more because your body is needing it.

alright, how much water are you drinking and how often do you eat? any supplements or vitamins, etc.?

7:30,10:15, 12:00, 2:30, pre 4:45, post 5:45, 7:00, and 9:30. 1 - 1 1/2 a day. Multivitamin and glucosomine. Protein shakes

jesus! you in school or something? getting confused here, i would ask about your diet, but i dont know jack about nutrition, so i wont waste your time. what color is your piss by chance?

you do any drugs or smoke? or drink alcoholic beverages? not trying to get personal, just trying to figure this out. i like a good challenge. what kind of job do you do?

Your protein and carbs are good, however I would raise your calories to roughly 3000-3200 a day. with your weight your calorie consumption should be around 2700, but in order to gain you need an excess of 3500 calories to gain 1 pound, so lets say you get 500 extra calories a day, thats a pound a week, and about 25 pounds in 6 months. You can really go a lot higher for faster results but there will be an increase in body fat, but since your bulking thats normal, you can cut it off later. The key is to get lots and lots of calories for energy and muscle rebuilding. I wouldnt go below 3000 if I were you
