Stubborn fat?? HELP!
-
Wednesday, December 13, 2006 4:33 PM
hey im only 15 but i know alot about bodybuilding and losing fat for my age. i used to be over weight but now im in good shape. the only problem is that just 1 and a half years ago i was almost completely clueless about all of the losing fat and bodybuilding stuff (especially compared to now). when i did try to lose wieght i did well and reduced calories and exercised. then i read body for life but only the food portion. i continued to exercise but my diet was horrible. i didnt really even read the food part, i only read what foods i could eat so i would basicallly only have the carbs for the most part. i pratically starved myself all week then when it came time for my "free day" i would basically eat all day long and gain upto 7-10lb. in one day. then i would spend the next week losing that wieght and gaining it again in 1 day. my question is..would this horrible dieting have caused me to now have stubborn fat? cause i can see my abs sometimes now and much more muscle but i still have a little gut on the side and i think it may be "stubborn" fat. i did that dieting for about 3-4 months i guess, probablly longer. oh and stupidly i also drank pratically no water during this time. any help on if this is stubborn fat and how to lose it other than whats common knowledge to most ppl on this forum would help. thanks alot

CARDIO thats the only thing i could think of. Or to speed up ur hypertrophy, only rest 20-50 seconds between each set.

yeah man, your real dedicated to your bodybuilding/ fat loss... there is no need the your ''free day'' and even if you had one, why the hell would you deliberatly eat all day to gain so much fat? makes no sense to me at all.
