Gday. Im 14 turnin 15 in august. I weigh 124 Pounds (56kg) and i was wondering if im strong or not for my bw.

I bench 1 Rep on 143 Pounds (65kg) Squat 3 Reps on 198 Pounds (90kg) & Deadlift 1 Rep 198 Pounds.

well the numbers arent that high but for a 124lb. kid thats pretty good i guess.

thats really good for your age and weight, I'm 15 and 160lbs I only bench 82kg maxSmile but then again I just started bench last week.

LoL I hate that site only because my legs and lower back are intermediate and my upper body is advanced. Freakin hell! I am doing much better then the last time I checked that thing.


BTW Your about novice level Good job for your age and weight. Keep on pumping work on the diet training etc...
