I was all natural untill about a week ago, and was wondering what kind of percentage increase some of you have seen after taking supplements and in what time period. I am taking Cell Tech, Nitro Tech, and Creatine Monohydrate. Is this a good combination? Would you recommed something else? Thanks

imo, Cell- Tech and anything else w/ "Tech" at the end of it is useless. Creatine is good if you've got a good base, but i would stick to your standard whey and mutivitamin and whole food. also, milk helps a lot. i gained 20 pounds in the past 2 months by drinking a gallon a day (skim milk) if you need a boost in calories, drink this weight gainer: 2 cups skim milk 1 or 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder 1 1/2 cups oats 1 banana 2 tbsp of natty pb that's at least 550 calories. (forgot the exact amount)

Nothing legal does much for strength except protein.
